Offers and eligibility are set by each company, not by us, and change from time to time. Product names are trademarks of their owners. Injil AI is independent and not affiliated with any of them.
How it works
Any eligible organisation can join these programs at no cost, and some do it themselves. What we add is knowing which programs and products are worth your time, getting the paperwork right first time, and setting things up so they work.
Step one
Check
A free 20-minute call. We confirm your eligibility and tell you which programs apply — each company sets its own rules, so qualifying for one doesn't guarantee another.
Step two
Register
We prepare the registrations in your organisation's name and walk your authorised person through the declarations. Then we recommend what to take: which plans, how many licences, and what to skip.
Step three
Set up
We set up email, shared files and security such as two-step login, move your existing email and documents across, and show your team how it all works.
What it costs
We never charge a percentage of what you save, and we never stand between you and the supplier. Every price is quoted in writing before work begins.
Your accounts stay yours
Everything is registered in your organisation's name, with your own administrator login. If you stop working with us, nothing needs to be handed back — and nothing breaks.
Questions
Yes — the programs are free to join, and some organisations manage it on their own. We are useful when nobody has the time or know-how to work out which programs apply, which products are worth taking, and how to set them up safely. That is usually where things stall for a small team or a volunteer treasurer.
Generally, an Australian not-for-profit with an ABN that is either registered with the ACNC or has its income tax exemption recognised by the ATO. Each company then adds its own criteria — some exclude government bodies, schools or hospitals, for example, and religious organisations qualify for many programs but not all. The free check tells you where you stand.
Microsoft's and Google's own not-for-profit programs, and Connecting Up — the Australian technology donation program, now part of Infoxchange — which covers most of the other companies. We are independent and not affiliated with any of them.
Yes. Microsoft ended that grant in 2025, from each organisation's next renewal. Not-for-profits now get up to 300 free Business Basic licences — which don't include the desktop Office apps or some of the security features — or Business Premium at a discount. If you're not sure which you're on now, or whether it's the right mix, we can check.
No. Everything is ordered by your organisation and supplied to your organisation. Donated products generally can't be resold or transferred, and they shouldn't pass through us.
No. We are a Christian team and much of our work is with churches, but this service is for any Australian not-for-profit — charities, community groups and ministries alike.
